  • "Living at University Village has given me a different insight of what "college" really is. Having my own place for my friends to visit me, as well as my parents, is nice. My own place with privacy is a big plus when your growing up. No nagging roommates or parents worried about their child "starving". There is a kitchen! This place has everything which makes it easier than commuting to and from campus so many times within a day. Whether it be chilling with friends, hanging out by the pool, playing billards or ping pong, working or working on my tan - University Village has everything. Staff is friendly and that is a big plus. People who care make all the difference in how you feel about being a resident. I'm very people orienated and being in a place where the smiles are bright the people are friendly and funny is what makes living a good thing! My experience at University Village is still taking place; but from everything else it's spectacular for me! "

  • "University Village has staff that does not mind going the extra mile for the residents. The near by fitness room and computer lab makes it very convenient to get a good workout and use a printer when I have a big project. I am just glad to have a washer and dryer at my disposal that I do not have to worry about paying for. Overall, my experience at University Village has went quite well."

  • "Moving away from home can be hard but University Village made it an easy transition. Not only do I have my own room and bathroom but the apartment came fully furnished. That definitely made moving easier when I did not have to move the big heavy items. After my countless searches for apartments University Village was the only one that had everything I was looking for. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment and a kitchen with a stove and dishwasher! There is a movie theater room, a gym, BBQ area, tanning beds, and a heated pool! The biggest selling point for not only myself but also my parents was how safe it is. The gated community has put our worries at ease. What more could you ask for? "

  • "My experience at University Village has been wonderful; the staff is wonderful and always willing to help. The Community Assistance are always willing to help me with any concerns, and that’s why I’m glad I chose to live at the UVs. I was sold by just looking online, and then when I took a tour I fell in love. Now that I am living at University Village, I have my own space and privacy witch is awesome. Best of all I picked my own roommates because we were all coming to Fresno together. Because of what all they offer I wouldn’t wan to live anywhere else."

  • "Living at the UVs is so much fun. It has the best total package for student housing. I have had bad roommates and housing in the past, and after living here for 2 years, I know I have it pretty good. The staff is very nice, and always wlling to help. I enjoy living here, and you will too!!"

  • "Great place to live! I have lived at other places in Fresno, and University Village is by far the best one. It is so nice having a place that includes a 24-hour gym, mini-theatre, game room, and personal bathroom which connected to my room. Plus, the security team is a strong and secure one. I'm glad I took a tour, where I was able to learn about all of these things; but, by living here, I have been able to see an even better side of all these benefits. Great living here!"
